At Putt Putt's bar in Grand Rapids MI, I learn Wes Wolosecky has gone missing, 6 days. Mile 26224.

To go to a bar more than once is to become involved in the life of that bar. This fellow named Wes has been missing since, well, last Monday. There is no cause to believe Wes drank at Putt Putt's lounge in Grand Rapids Michigan. I just happened to see his missing poster on the wall of this bar. Missing person cases are almost always some sorrowful in the end. I hope Wes is found. One week with no break in the case is a bad sign. Apparently he had left a Spectrum Health hospital were he had been a patient. That complicates the case and suggests that he didn't want to be found.
A group of musicians hold an open mike at this lounge on Sunday night, but the event has yet to gather energy. I have noticed 3 or 4 men walking in with guitar cases. I am guessing the open mike continues until bar closing at 2 in the morning. One musician, who is here now, plays a multitude of instruments. He jumps into a song when he feels a place for his skills. His contribution makes this a better than usual open mike. I walked in, took a look around, and decided the scene wasn't for me tonight. I could be home well before Eleven if I left right now. Time to turn the key in the ignition.
